1. Introduction

Welcome to onexh (referred to in these Terms as "onexh", "we", "us" or "our"). onexh operates the website accessible at https://onexh.cam (the "Platform"). The Platform is an English-language online betting and casino information service designed to serve users in the Pakistan market.

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between onexh and any individual or entity (referred to as "you", "your" or "User") who accesses, browses or otherwise uses the Platform in any manner.

We do not accept bets, hold player funds or process deposits or withdrawals on behalf of any operator. By accessing or using the Platform in any manner — including browsing pages, reading Content, clicking links or otherwise interacting with any feature of the Platform — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply in addition to any other notices, policies or guidelines published on the Platform, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5. Nature of the Platform

onexh is strictly an information and entertainment platform. The Platform provides editorial content, guides, comparisons and educational material relating to online sports betting, live casino games, slot titles, bonus structures and responsible gambling practices. The following clarifications apply at all times:

• onexh does not accept wagers, bets or stakes of any kind from Users.
• onexh does not hold, process, transfer or manage player funds, deposits or withdrawals.
• onexh does not issue gambling licenses and does not hold any gambling license issued by any Pakistani authority or any other regulatory body.
• onexh does not act as an agent, affiliate manager or representative of any specific Operator in a capacity that creates legal liability for Operator conduct.
• All monetary figures referenced on the Platform — including illustrative deposit amounts, bonus values and withdrawal thresholds expressed in PKR — are provided for contextual clarity only and do not represent actual financial offers made by onexh.

Users who choose to register with and deposit funds at third-party Operators do so under those Operators' own terms and conditions. onexh accepts no responsibility for the conduct, solvency, licensing status or payment performance of any third-party Operator referenced or described on the Platform.

6. Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, onexh grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial informational purposes only.

Permitted use includes the following activities:

• Reading, browsing and referencing Content published on the Platform for personal informational purposes.
• Using internal navigation links to move between pages of the Platform.
• Sharing links to Platform pages on personal social media profiles for non-commercial purposes.
• Printing or saving a reasonable number of Content pages for your own personal reference, provided that no copyright notices or attribution details are removed.

Any use of the Platform beyond the scope described above — including any commercial use, systematic reproduction, data scraping or redistribution of Content — requires the prior written consent of onexh.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, at any time while using the Platform:

1. Use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or harmful to onexh or any third party.
2. Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its underlying servers, databases or associated systems.
3. Transmit any virus, malware, spyware, ransomware or other malicious code that could damage, disrupt or impair the Platform or the systems of other users.
4. Use automated tools — including web scrapers, crawlers or bots — to extract, harvest or compile Content from the Platform on a systematic basis without written authorisation.
5. Reproduce, republish, sell or commercially exploit any Content from the Platform without the prior written consent of onexh.
6. Misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity, including onexh staff or representatives.
7. Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any software or technology underlying the Platform.
8. Post, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is defamatory, abusive, harassing, obscene or otherwise objectionable through any feature of the Platform.
9. Use the Platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, terrorist financing or any other criminal activity.
10. Circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Platform.

onexh reserves the right to suspend or permanently restrict access to the Platform for any User found to be engaging in prohibited conduct, without prior notice and without liability.

8. Intellectual Property

All Intellectual Property rights in and to the Platform and its Content are owned by or licensed to onexh. This includes, without limitation:

• The onexh brand name, logo and trade dress.
• All original editorial text, guides, reviews, articles, ratings and data compilations published on the Platform.
• The Platform's visual design, layout, colour schemes, typography and user interface elements.
• Any software, code, scripts or databases that underpin the operation of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership of or licence to use onexh's Intellectual Property beyond the limited personal use licence described in Section 6 above. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by onexh.

Third-party trademarks referenced on the Platform — including payment service names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, and sports league names — belong to their respective owners. Such references are made for contextual and informational purposes only. onexh does not claim ownership of these marks and does not imply any affiliation, partnership or endorsement by the respective brand owners.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, onexh provides the Platform and all Content on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any representations or warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise.

In particular, onexh makes no warranty or representation that:

• The Platform will be continuously available, uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical faults.
• Any Content on the Platform is accurate, complete, current or suitable for any particular purpose.
• Bonus offers, odds, payment methods or platform features described in Platform Content are currently available from any specific Operator; such information is subject to change without notice.
• Any Operator referenced on the Platform is properly licensed, financially solvent or compliant with applicable gambling regulations.
• Using the Platform or acting on any information contained therein will result in any particular financial outcome.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, onexh, its directors, officers, employees, contractors and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of — or inability to access or use — the Platform.
• Any reliance placed on Content published on the Platform, including bonus descriptions, odds information, payment method references or game descriptions.
• Any financial loss arising from gambling activity undertaken with a third-party Operator referenced on the Platform.
• The conduct, acts or omissions of any third-party Operator, payment provider or other third party referenced on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any feature thereof.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, onexh's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the greater of PKR 1,000 or the amount, if any, paid by you to onexh in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim — noting that onexh does not currently charge users for access to the Platform.

11. Third-Party References

The Platform contains references to, and descriptive content about, third-party online gambling Operators, payment service providers, sports leagues and other entities. These references are made for informational and contextual purposes only. The following terms apply to all such third-party references:

• onexh does not endorse any specific third-party Operator and does not guarantee the quality, legality or suitability of any Operator's services for users in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction.
• Payment provider names referenced on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as familiar Pakistani payment references for contextual purposes only. These providers do not endorse gambling and are not affiliated with onexh. Users must independently verify which payment methods are supported by any specific Operator at the time of use.
• Sports league and tournament names — including PSL, ICC tournaments, T20 international fixtures, domestic cricket series and other competitions — are referenced for descriptive and informational purposes only. onexh has no commercial relationship with any sports governing body or league cited on the Platform.
• onexh is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third-party website or service that may be referenced within Platform Content.

12. Responsible Gambling

• Gambling is entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income or a method of recovering financial losses.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein. If you do not agree with the Privacy Policy, you must cease using the Platform.

14. Amendments

onexh reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date appearing at the top of this page. We may also, at our discretion, provide notice of significant changes through a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform after any amendment to the Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Platform.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. onexh accepts no liability for your failure to review updated Terms.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Given that onexh serves the Pakistan market with English-language content, Pakistani users acknowledge that local laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, may apply to their activities.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may pursue available legal remedies in the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits onexh's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its Intellectual Property or other rights.
